I'm very excited, finally I decided to travel to Buenos Aires next spring for one year. I was looking for a Buenos Aires real estate agency that would help me find a nice property in Palermo which is were I decided to stay after reading about the different neighborhoods.

This last point seems easy, but it is kind of tricky. You need to seek the best option depending on the people who you are travelling with. For example, if you go with children, you better get a big apartment. If you go with your partner, you will need something small but close to the downtown.
