While referring to anything as “the best” can be a bit risky, most would agree that when speaking about the best honeymoon holiday choices, the phrase could be applied to the following 7 possibilities…
1. Las Vegas – Sin City, as some would call it. Las Vegas is one of the best places to set your honeymoon. Vegas provides some of the most luxurious accommodations in the world, with every kind of entertainment in virtually every corner of the city. The lights, the sights, the sounds, the casinos, all types of restaurants, spas, and non-stop entertainment will surely make your Las Vegas honeymoon an exciting one.
2. Hawaii – Then again, many newlyweds would rather spend their honeymoon in an island paradise while basking in the sun, enjoying water sports, and staying at a luxurious beach hotel. And a Hawaiian honeymoon will certainly give you all of these.
3. The Caribbean – Visiting one of the many island countries in the Caribbean will also provide all the ‘peaceful excitement’ 2 newlyweds could ask for. The tropical sun, fresh air and exotic foods together with resort accommodation at its best are some of the reasons to spend your honeymoon in the Caribbean.
4. Europe – If a tropical paradise doesn’t appeal to you, then Europe may be an alternative you should consider. Seeing the architecture, the arts, the sights (and sites) of ‘the continent’ first hand can be an awesome experience. The culture, history and old world charm can be truly moving. For couples who want to spend their honeymoon in explorer mode, the countries in Europe will suit them perfectly.
5. Fiji – Friendly people, beautiful beach resorts, magnificent shorelines, lots of new foods and water sport activities could be enough reasons for you to spend your honeymoon in Fiji. This tropical paradise located half way around the world provides everything you want to experience; luxury, fun, and perfect climate.
6. Mexico – This country features a wide array of honeymoon holiday options ranging from a Big City experience to a private and remote resort. Hotels and other great accommodations are located across the country. Mexican resorts are at their best at secluded regions. Authentic Mexican foods provide a unique culinary experience and the sounds of Mexico are a pleasure to the ears.
7. South and Central America – Brazil, Argentina, Cuba, Chile, Bolivia, Columbia, and other countries in the region provide a good venue to set your honeymoon. Each of these countries provides a one-of-a-kind experience to any couple who wishes to make their first days of married life especially memorable.

Where is the best place to vacation / honeymoon in Jamaica?
I am planning a honeymoon for Jamaica. Does anyone have advice for best locations / places to stay?
Couples is an excellent all inclusive resort. Great for a vacation or honeymoon.
When they say all inclusive they really mean it. Tipping is strictly forbidden. All food and drink including adult beverages are included. Plenty of recreational activities. And, one of my personal favorites, a small nude island a couple of hundred yards off shore complete with a pool and swim up bar.
Totally relaxing, and I didn’t even touch my wallet until the last day when we went into town for a shopping trip.

Congrats on your engagement!
Jamaica is the 2nd top Honeymoon Destination, Hawaii being number 1. I went to Jamaica and I love Jamaica! Many resorts gear towards couples/adults. Honestly they are all a bit different from one another so instead of going off a suggestion, I would contact a knowledgeable travel specialist that can ask you a few questions to help determine which one they feel is what you will be most happy with. I mean after all a Honeymoon IS a once in a lifetime experience. The other thing to is after speaking with someone you might find Jamaica isn’t even right for you. Again I can’t answer this without knowing more of what you and your fiancee is looking for.
I wish you the best of luck! Be sure that you apply for your passports ASAP unless you already have them, then make sure they are good for 6 months beyond the return date. Planning in advance can definitely save you money! Have a wonderful Honeymoon!

The Royal Plantation…it will pamper you to the fullest. They have beach butlers that serve you on the beach, fruit, other food and the best thing…mimosas. Each morning around 10:00 I beleive they bring around mimosas. It is a little on the pricey side but so worth it. It really is beautiful there. It is located in Ocho Rios, about a 2 hour car ride from the Montego Bay airport. Airport transportation is included in the price as this is an all-inclusive resort.
