		<description>There&#039;s a marine doctor in Buxton, one in Preston and one in London [harley St] it&#039;s £80 and lasts for two years.
That&#039;s about all there is. They don&#039;t do a drug test, it&#039;s not normally required. Perhaps you get the marine certificate off the marine doctor and then go to the hospital for a chest Xray and drug test.
