If you mean the cheapest price for a ticket, Tuesday! You should always try leaving in the middle of the week!

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays are least expensive… usually Tuesday is best.
When my wife and I flew to Kauai, we flew on a Tuesday. Generally Tuesday and Wednesday are cheaper as fewer people fly on those days. We bought our tickets as a package where we also bought hotel and car rental. That actually helped save us some money. Just know that August is not a cheap time to fly to Hawaii.
