There aren't any "speed up the loading" plugins added, and the only media/video plugin it's got is "Wordpress Video Plugin". So nothing too fancy there. Personally I think load time is a cross between the number of panels stuck together to create the theme (fewer's better) and how fast the browser's running at that instant.
