I was a bit disappointed to see how much they’ve cleaned the place up… it’s not quite as ‘rustic’ as I’d envisioned! But if you’re looking for affordable New Zealand accommodation that is a little different it’s still got a unique character. And they’ve left the art intact. No velvet Elvis here!
