Resorts will have a spa for you, massages in your very own room; anything you are looking for, a Pattaya resort will have it for you.
Make sure you know what you are going to be doing in Pattaya before you book your hotel. If you are not there for the nightlife, then try to stay away from Walking Street, there is a very wild crowd out there at night, and that may not be what you are hoping for. Stay close to the water; check out the resorts, find the most relaxing hotels you can.
Book your hotel ahead of time, that way you will not be worried about finding a room once you get there. Make sure to plan ahead and have an idea of what you want and what you want to do while you are in Pattaya. Once you have this all taken care of, all you need to do is get the plane and get yourself there!
